Pillow Partners is a rapidly growing, multi-award-winning holiday home management company offering management services to the owners of holiday homes and serviced apartments all over the UK. We now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Property Administrator to join our team working remotely from home, but being able to visit properties around Greater Glasgow.

Glasgow based short term lettings operations assistant and assistant property manager to assist with the running of the Glasgow property portfolio. Transport required. Home-based, but will involve regular visits to properties in Glasgow and Lanarkshire. Flexible hours can be agreed. Evening and weekend work will be part of this role.

There will be a monthly performance bonus on top of the salary which will be a percentage of the total revenue of the Glasgow Property Portfolio. You will be part of an experienced team dedicated to customer service.

Duties will include new property setups, guest enquiries and communications. property inspections, arrange required maintenance for portfolio, property viewings, social media, out of hours emergencies, networking and generating bookings.

Requirements and experience

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Evenings and weekend work required
  • Having a strong character is a necessity
  • Own Transport is a must
