Pillow Partners, the UK’s leading social impact short-term rental management company, is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Serviced Accommodation Property Manager in the greater Manchester area.

As a Regional Property Manager in our national team, we are seeking someone with excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude. Your responsibilities will include managing short-term rental properties, handling guest inquiries, property setup, securing new listings, general administration tasks, supporting other property managers, updating pricing, negotiating rental packages for corporate lets, property inspections, managing rental income, and participating in team calls and training.

Salary for this position will be reviewed quarterly, depending on your portfolio’s performance, overall attitude, and team interaction/support. High performers will receive regular salary increases and performance-related bonuses. Starting salary is determined based on your experience and abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Generate bookings and maximise occupancy levels
• Secure new listings in your region (specific targets will be discussed during the interview)
• Manage guest communications and provide exceptional customer service
• Liaise with landlords and handle their accounts
• Address guest emergencies outside of regular hours
• Attend networking events
• Assist HQ and other Regional Property Managers as needed
• Attend local networking events

Requirements and Experience:

• Customer service experience
• Sales experience is advantageous, as you will be responsible for maximizing occupancy levels
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Strong character and resilience are essential
• Own transportation
• Property management experience is essential

Base Salary: £22,000.00 per year, will increase in line with the success of the region.
